Trevor Hager
I grew up in church in a family deeply rooted in ministry. My dad has served as both a worship pastor and lead pastor, and from a very young age I was surrounded by worship, music, and creative expression. That environment sparked a lifelong passion for using creativity to serve the church and tell meaningful stories.
I began playing music early and have spent years developing as a worship leader, songwriter, and recording artist. I have recorded multiple albums of original music, competed at the Hollywood level of American Idol, and toured internationally performing music. Alongside my music journey, I have been involved in photography for over 20 years, building a strong foundation in visual storytelling.
For the past decade, I have served as both a worship team pastor and production team director, a role that is best described as creative director. In that capacity, I have helped shape worship environments, develop teams, and design systems that support both excellence and sustainability. I bring over 15 years of professional production experience, and I have a deep passion for training, equipping, and empowering volunteers and creative teams in churches and event spaces.
Today, my work spans music, photography, videography, and content creation. I love capturing moments and telling stories through sound, visuals, and design. My heart is to use creativity as a tool to communicate the gospel, create meaningful worship experiences, and help others grow in their creative callings.
I am grateful for a beautiful family with my wife and four kids, who are a constant source of inspiration and support in everything I do.
